Cardio Day
Walk/Treadmill-25 minutes 1.4 miles
Elliptical Machine-28 minutes Program#6 4,000+ Strides
StairMaster-5 minutes 14 Floors
Cool down-Treadmill 5 minutes
Stretch-Flexible 5 15secs each+10 toe-touches
Good workout. 4,000 strides is a personal best for me on the elliptical.
