Workout 06/02/2009

Cardio Day

  1. Walk/Treadmill-25 minutes 1.4 miles
  2. Elliptical Machine-28 minutes Program#6 4,000+ Strides
  3. StairMaster-5 minutes 14 Floors
  4. Cool down-Treadmill 5 minutes
  5. Stretch-Flexible 5 15secs each+10 toe-touches
Good workout. 4,000 strides is a personal best for me on the elliptical.
