  5. Behind the neck press 50lbs.&bar 1/10

  7. Squat 16lbs. 1/10
  8. Leg Extension 85lbs. 1/10
  9. Lying Leg Curl 60lbs. 1/10
  10. Seated Cable Row 115lbs. 1/10
